How to avoid getting a charge back on credit cards


If you are a business owner you know how important it is to keep proper records, customers happy, employees paid, taxes filed, and how to balance life (or not) But have you ever had an unscrupulous person place a charge back that was unwarranted?
Things You’ll Need:
Understanding the customer,proper record keeping, ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!
Step1: Make sure you have customers Idetification in front of you. If sale is over the phone get a faxed copy of ID and pic of credit card with signature.
Step2: When the person arrives double check ID and credit card for name and signature verification.
Step3: Always have customer sign imprinted form from either knuckle buster or automatic machine.
Never trust anyone without proper ID YOU will loose your money plus a 25 dollar fee for the charge back!!!
